Great meals but massively flawed

Been with the company for a few months. The meals are tasty and obviously set up for a great nutritional meal after my training.

Stops me ordering rubbish and has cut my portion control size in half.

The issue is as follows;

You have to lock in your meals every week, so if like me being self employed and very busy it’s a faff so they send you chefs recommendation which obviously you’re not going to be thrilled about.

I’ve had 75% of my meals delivered wrong or damaged by DHL, another issue but for another day. Then I had a human error one week so I got sent the wrong meals that week.

Just got back from holiday and got another chefs recommended meal box which I won’t eat almost all of.

Even though I did go on the website and choose my meals beforehand but it hasn’t chosen them for some reason?

One thing I will say is the customer service is usually top notch but this last reply was “yea you have to choose so it’s pretty much up to you” a little bit patronising to be fair - I wanted to just lock in my meals as l’m a creature of habit and would happily eat the same meals for weeks on ends, I choose the premium meals I might add which cost more. Rump steak, salmon etc

Still have to choose weekly though! great meals but flawed ordering and wrong meal selection issues I’m afraid. I’ll be cancelling my sub.

Your feedback about being able to lock in a set of favourite meals is really valuable, and it’s something we’ll share with our team as we continue improving our service.

This isn't something we can currently provide due to our menu changing frequently, instead we do send various reminders in the lead up to the weekly deadline so you don't forget to lock in your meals. We’ll also review the issues you’ve raised around damaged deliveries and raise the issues with our couriers.

We’re grateful for your honesty and hope we might have the chance to welcome you back in the future with an improved experience.
