I ordered a pair of shoes from Dress for Less in Germany. They did not send me an email receipt. I followed up and they say that the ordered has been received is under process. About 6 days later, I received the article. Although the size was 43 it was smaller than usual shoes with this size. I asked for return, they send me a label, I posted the box. About 7 days later I received the refund. I had read a lot of bad review and expected a poor experience but everything went well! To conclude, very good experience. :)

Wrong products were sent. Had to communicate so many times with them to be able to send the package back. Had to communicate again to get the money back, and now they say the money would be back in the next 7-10 days.
The quality of product is poor. Also the shirt not passed but for return I paid 4.99€. I never buy and never recommend.
I ordered a few pairs of shoes and was surprised that they all came in different packages from different places. I was a long time customer at dress-for-less and they always send one package with all the items. Guess, the new management saves money on warehousing. When the shoes didn’t fit, I had to write back and forth with the customer service to receive the return label FOREVER! Then I had to go to several different locations to drop the packages off because I got labels for Hermes, DHL… Then they refunded only for one package and claimed to never had received the rest. I lost over 30€ and wrote over 20 emails to complain. They always answered but played dumb. Never again. Do not order from them, it will age you.

Anyways, I ordered shoes and dress for less changed delivery adress (packstation) to my invoice address without informing me. Package didn't get delivered, Hermes told me to contact dress for less. You cannot send them a message without being logged in, but there's no way to register! Chat inquiry was not responsed to. Horrible - have to go through paypal to try to get money back.
There is absolutely no customer service what so ever. They don't reply to mails nor phone calls, not even by post. I returned an item that costs 50 euros and they never returned the money back nor the item. They have both the item and the money. Which makes dress for less untrustworthy and fraudulent ! Do not buy from it, unless you want to risk your money.
Plus I can not reach my profile or see my orders, they constantly give errors, I reported and no reply. Which happened only during this problem and not before.
I have returned my order since January and still did not recieve my money. They literally have no email address as all my emails to their old email addresses are failing. Please refund it if you see this, my order number is 74612588 for €100.
Made an order, they sent me the shirt with the security magnet item stuck to it, couldn’t wear it so I sent it back, it arrived at their warehouse since more than 3 weeks and I still didn’t get an email or refund, I contacted the customer service several times who couldn’t help and kept throwing the issue over to the “seller”, I didn’t get a refund, my money is gone, and not getting any decent reply back. Worst service and worst shopping experience ever! I’m contacting the German authorities and taking legal actions against this company
Don't buy there. I didn't get my money back of returned goods (30-12-2023 they received my return). Í didn't receive my latest order of 28-12-2023. They dont answer the phone or emails. I have read that they have financial problems, or are broke. I don't think I will get my money back.

After 5 times of wear, I washed them manualy as always I would do and they can mot be worn anymore.

I received the items in a reasonable delivery time. However the quality was really different than what i am used to have, all items i have bought were of very bad quality, it can't be authentic products, more like cheap fakes.
Terrible customer service, not answering on how to return items though I have to pay for it, I'd like to know the address and so. I paid shipping, and return, and still they don't even bother to answer.
Didn’t have high expectations and hopes but ordered a few things a couple of times and everything went perfect. Returns are super easy as well.
