Company displays a Trustpilot rating of 4 stars on its website, despite having only 3 stars - that seems like fraud.
Anyways, I ordered shoes and dress for less changed delivery adress (packstation) to my invoice address without informing me. Package didn't get delivered, Hermes told me to contact dress for less. You cannot send them a message without being logged in, but there's no way to register! Chat inquiry was not responsed to. Horrible - have to go through paypal to try to get money back.
