I no longer had to rely on hope. Doctronic.ai asked questions and dived deeper into my symptoms. I was able to get connected to a doctor for a virtual consultation. It streamlined the process. I told Doctronic my symptoms, and in the end I got connected to professional.

I used chargpt before but they leak your medical data so I switched. This seems more accurate and more safer. I hope my medicine is safe from prying eyes. I’m happy so far for sure and it is free.

Just wrapped up a good experience with them. There was an issue with the prescription and I was very pleasantly surprised with how quickly it was resolved. No email, no AI generated response― a phone call from a concerned executive. I kid you not. Huge disappointment turned into hugely relieved.

I paid 39.99 for a telehealth visit with a doctor and never received the video link. We'll see if I get issued a refund, but they only have an email for support, not even a number to call.

I am coming back to edit this review. They did end up sending me the link for the appointment, but it was 4 hours later. I missed it because I was asleep. They did quickly respond by email and refunded my money, so I'm editing my review. They at least fixed it.

I really liked using Doctronic AI. It was easy to use and helped me make sense of my mom's symptoms. She had gotten sick while visiting Mexico, and she even got some bloodwork done. When she got back home, here in the U.S. she wasn’t sure how to best advocate for herself with her doctor here. I was able to input her symptoms into Doctronic AI and get better information that helped her feel more prepared before seeing her doctor.

Bogus. Prescription never received by pharmacy no action after letting them know.
Fraud. Stay away
