Just wrapped up a good experience with them. There was an issue with the prescription and I was very pleasantly surprised with how quickly it was resolved. No email, no AI generated response― a phone call from a concerned executive. I kid you not. Huge disappointment turned into hugely relieved.

They post beverages on the app as "Cold", but deliver them warm. They have more and more often forgotten items as apparently no one can count past 4. They say the delivery will arrive within a certain time frame, but can't seem to actually do it. Lightening Fast in 10 minutes means half an hour on their planet. When I first started using the app, GoPuff was fantastic. For weeks now, they seem to be experiencing entropy. Will likely cancel my Fam membership.

ESPN + is absolute garbage. How can you live in a city where your team is playing and ESPN- has it blacked out in your area. With Disney and Hulu the entire package is dismal. I got a subscription for my kids and myself for Christmas but I'll replace this bundle of rubbish for them with something else. It's really almost laughable. This is not the era for companies to think they'll get away with inferior streaming services for long and survive.
