The lovely lady Susan was fantastic today, she made me feel listened to. She even supported me with the redecorating in my lounge. I came with my mum to your Warrington store, Susan was great with my mum and we all together had a fab experience today. I’m hoping that this new suite will last as long my previous purchase of 17 years, yes, 17 years of great quality. Xx

Myself and my boyfriend visited the Warrington store, we were greeted by Dan who explained where to find certain couches, he did ask if we needed help, we politely declined, he left us to browse on our own, which was great. He didn’t keep coming bothering us which is what we really liked. When we were ready we asked for his help and he talked us through everything, he even showed us another couch he thought we would like, which is the one we actually bought, he designed the couch we wanted. I even took my mum back the following day who also bought a couch with Dan. Excellent service.

Georgia and Kathy were excellent, explaining everything very clearly and gave us some great advice and ideas, taking time to ensure we were really happy and answered all our questions

Very helpful and efficient

My wife and I had visited the DFS Warrington store both together & separately, prior to today's visit & had been warmly greeted, without being pressured. Today was no exception, given a welcome hello from Dan, who had recognized us from our previous visits. After about 15 mins he came over to enquire if he could help, to which we confirmed that we wanted to order some furniture items. He told us to make ourselves comfortable & asked if we would like tea or coffee. Within 5 mins, he duly produced 2 lovely brews & discussions began. We found Dan to be very knowledgeable, extremely helpful & professional throughout, making this, possibly stressful situation, very relaxing & putting us both at our ease. Even during the very important business of potential payment & delivery options, he went at a pace whereby we understood each & every stage of the process. Just to ensure that all details of our order were correct, another colleague went through a verification process to ensure that all of the details were absolutely correct. This all confirmed to us that we had made the right decision to choose DFS for our purchase of Cuddler Chair & 3 Seater Sofa along with a Dining Table. Dan is a very positive face of DFS and we have no hesitation in writing this positive review. Let's hope that the remaining manufacture, delivery & installation of our order meet these high standards.

I have never bought any items from DFS before. My family and I had a great a look around and we all agreed to buy the one that we bought. We can't wait for our settee to arrive before Christmas.

Cathy paid excellent personal attention to professionally address our specific requirements. She was welcoming and very engaging such as checking in detail all our requirements, sorting out delivery and guarantee arrangements.

Cathy was very helpful in helping me choose the fabric and colour of my sofa bed. She gave me a demo in how to open the sofa mechanism and convert into a bed. She advised me how to care for the fabric of the sofa and I was very grateful for her advice.
