An enjoyable experience.
On entering the shop, we were met by a very friendly saleswoman called Natalia she asked us what we were looking for and then proceeded to show us around the recliners we wanted, she’s then left us to browse on our own and try the furniture out coming back to us when we were ready. There was no pushing for a sale.
She had great knowledge of the different suites and also gave us all the different measurements.
We then left the store went home checked the measurements came back later when she completed our order explaining all different parts of the warranties and the cleaning and general welfare of the suite

I went into my local DFS store knowing which sofa I wanted. That particular one was not in store. But I was helped by one of the assistance, Dan, to find it online. He talked me through all the details. And explained everything I needed to know. He got Dave to verify that I understood everything and make sure everything was as it should be. This is good practice. I came away happy
