Their understanding of the project's scope was amazing. Their new sales consultant Obaid really helped us in seeing different aspects of the project that really added a lot of value to the final product. Overall, a great experience from Day 1.
Horrendous communication after project began, constantly had to chase for updates and milestones. Was routinely told things could not be done only to find that they could moments later via a googld search. Ultimately was delivered an unstable slow mess that had to be taken down and rebuilt from scratch requests for a refund have been ignored.
Even asked for what it would cost to fix and complete the site no estimate was ever provided. Ended up having to buy a plugin to get what I was promised in the initial ask.
I posted on Facebook looking for a graphic designer, Michael Dafhra contacted swiftly and guided me with his expertise. I am very satisfied with the final designs and the time efficiency of Michael and his team CydoMedia! recommended 10/10

For a web design agency, these guys sure do put in the effort to get a brand acquire a website that truly translates it’s vision into a fully functional digital entity. Our brand is quite unique and we don’t serve a lot of customers, and on top of this, our vision is also quite niche specific. So understanding the requirements and giving us exactly what we wanted has made Cydo a very reliable partner for all of our future transactions.
Absolutely unbelievable how much damage this company did to our brand. Their coders in pakistan not only couldn't communicate with us regarding design elements, they also inserted malware infected slider code into our website causing it to be blacklisted. When another company removed the infected code, the site was basically useless. Whole lot of money wasted, and we ended up with a useless site to boot.
