I had a couple of tries with 1&1 Customer service and eventually with the English-speaking person, Mr. Kluge, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, I manage to change my current tariff from 100Mbit/sec to 250Mbit/sec in anticipation of Fiber optic technology.
I was so far with various Internet service providers in Germany, but in my experience only 1&1 has a steady quality and improvement of Internet services (DSL and Mobile phones), which is also cost-effective (kostengünstig).

I had a long session online in order to solve a number of technical issues regarding hosting and DNS management. Support people on technical dept. Windows are extremely helpful and dedicated. Knowledgeable too !! I would specially like to mention Percia Dack who was assisting me devotedly for a few hours.

Excellent choice of goods for hobby and profi electronics!! Raspberry, Arduino, etc.
Prices are also quite affordable. Conrad logistics (shipping with DHL) to Packstation/home is second to none!! Following delivery for you at each stage. SPLENDID!

Printing in colour on 115gsm art paper w/glue binding - 272p book - Excellent. Logistics is a problem in the whole chain of production, as DHL delivery REFUSED to bring 8x20kg boxes to upper floor studio. 300 run was ready BEFORE stated date - which might be very good, or bad if your planning is different. The prices are very affordable and overall printing service is highly recommended!

I had an issue with "Error establishing a database connection" of the WP site. After midnight in early morning hours Armando S
Support Agent solved all my problems and the WP site was on again.

Excellent printing and producing of 2-flaps folders made of 350 gsm Bilderdruck Karton (art-cardboard). Very good die-cut form (I have previous PDF with detailed dimensions, current is just crude shape which is not good for precise DTP work). Very fast printing and delivery with DPD. Price is also excellent. Highly recommended!
