They sold me a module for my 2010 Prius, that they knew had never been proven to work in my car. I spent $300.00 to have it installed and it didn't work. Then no response to e-mails, no apologies when i did get through and then a refusal to do anything about it. Their main support guy Brett was either indifferent or a total asshole.
