Magic Tricks

I ordered four bottles of shampoo valued at $46.00 from Amazon UK. The UK carrier passed my order off to Cirro as the U.S. carrier and somehow, as if by magic, my four bottles of shampoo were replaced with two random paperback books worth, at best, $5.00. If it smells like a scam, it's a good bet that it is a scam.

COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!
My package was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. The delivery photo only shows a close-up of the parcel with no recognizable background — completely useless. I was home at the time of delivery, yet no one rang the doorbell, no note was left, and I received no email or message saying where the package was supposedly dropped off.

I went door to door asking neighbors if they received it, but no one had seen anything. Some didn’t even want to open the door, which I understand, but it shows how unhelpful the whole situation is when there’s no information at all.

Customer service was no help either — they just told me to “wait until Friday” with no real explanation or follow-up. Meanwhile, my package is missing, and I’m the one doing all the work trying to find it.

If your order is being delivered by Cirro, be prepared to possibly never receive it and to deal with poor support. I will avoid them from now on.

It was delivered fast

My package was delivered in two days without a problem. I was worried about the delivery after I read the reviews. (I requested to deliver in person but it was delivered to the mailbox.)

Out and out liars !!

Out and out liars !!!
Said they’d delivered it and choose to show a picture of a package in the back of a van not at my house .
Never delivered it in person or left it anywhere.
These are scam artists do NOT trust them . I will be taking this further .

Terrible

Package not received... they say I was not home, which is a straight up lie and I can prove my doorbell hasn't been rang. Asked for an expected delivery update - didn't get it. At least the lie and non-answer haven't come quick...

Parcel not delivered and no adequate…

Parcel not delivered and no adequate customer service!
Cirro informed the online shop that they delivered my parcel, but they never did! What a scam!
As a result, I will never again order anything from that online store (nor any other store that uses Cirro as a delivery partner) so that I don't risk having to deal with Cirro ever again.

No customer service or decent tracking

The receiver end of their service is really insufficient.
My package in the Netherlands went out for delivery earlier than indicated so I could not receive it.
Useless website! Tracking only says that I missed it. No information about when is the next delivery.
There is no phone number, no means of contacting to arrange anything.
There is no pickup point indicated.
How am I supposed to track the package now?

The worst company ever, it doesn’t give any information if the delivery was given to neighbours, no contacts nothing!!!! Never use it if you don’t want to loose your parcel !!!!!

NO DELIVERY TIMESLOT

THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN TIMESLOT FOR DELIVERY!!! how the hell am i supposed to know when the courier will come to deliver? Garbage. They also lie about packages being signed for and most importantly they do not leave a note if you weren't home. Plus, their customer services is difficult to reach. Only being available shortly. Which is useless if yiy need a timely resolve or response. Too bad Shein forces this bad courier on us. I would never use these d9gs! I dont know why there arent more complaints, they probably cover up their stink in the internet 🤡

my parcel has not being delivered…

my parcel has not being delivered because of "missing" information. i called them and we checked the informations. only my phone number was completely wrong (how?) but we corrected it and then the lady told me that it was all good and that my parcel will be delivered the next day. then the next day, i call to be sure my parcel is on the way, but, the man on the phone was so non-chalant : the first thing he told me is "what is your tracking number"... like, "hello ?" and the whole time he would not let me finish my phrases, not listen to me. when i told him i called because my parcel was planned to be delivered today he just cut my words and say with arrogance that no, we don't know when it will come because the parcel has returned and my information were wrong...and he was rushing to end the phone call....very disappointed.

It's a SCAM

It's a SCAM. I cannot emphasize enough the frustration and disappointment experienced with this so-called delivery service. It's disheartening to see numerous individuals, including myself, falling victim to their deceptive practices.

My parcel, along with countless others, was supposedly "delivered" according to their tracking system, yet it was nowhere to be found. What's more alarming is the complete lack of response from their customer service team when attempts were made to inquire about the missing packages. The contact number provided on their website turned out to be false.

This is not just an isolated incident; it's a pattern of deceit that needs to be exposed. I implore anyone considering using this service to proceed with extreme caution or better yet, AVOID it altogether. It's a scam through and through, preying on the trust of consumers with false promises and non-existent deliveries. French government and police should do something about this enterprise.

SCAM COMPANY

BIG JOKE! Company is a SCAM! They insist that my package was delivered in the mailbox, with picture, etc. But guess what?! Empty mailbox! This is the downfall of Shein for partnering with this company! You cannot even reach any of their contact numbers!
