I rate MinA-Kase with 5 stars
I rate MinA-Kase with 5 stars, because my experience when contacting with them is simply great.
The consultants I communicate with, no matter by the phone or personaly, are always very helpfull, understanding and willing to help.
It lifts up my mood and motivation to find my place on the labour market.
As a citizen of other country, it's not difficult to feel excluded some times.
That's why, I find the job consultants do there being extrimely important.
And they do it in exceptional way.

The fresh aproach from the consultant, the understanding and the profesional explaning of the procedure, combined with a great advices for jobhunting strategies has made my experience great.

My experience with the customer service…
My experience with the customer service was excellent. After my graduation I was very tensed and nervous about transition period before I find suitable job.
Moreover, here in Denmark is my family. I've made incredible number of phone calls until understand the steps that needed for registration, etc. I am not very 'digital' person, yet I've been helped and guided in very polite and professional manner. I am feeling supported and I thank you for that. Happy Holidays and New Year!
