Fantastic service

It was an extremely upsetting and stressful time but the ease of which the claim was started and sorted out so that there was no delay to the surgery my dog required was fantastic, I would definitely recommend Petplan to anyone needing insurance.

Scam

I wish I had read the reviews. After ordering and waiting a long time for the product to arrive, the quarter zip jumper I received was v poor quality and very small. I have requested a refund but as others have found, it requires me to ship the product back to China at my own expense.
