PetMeds was WONDERFUL

PetMeds was WONDERFUL. I waited too long to ordered medication dog food for my dog, hoping he would not need any more. But in fact he did, and I only had one days worth left. I called to talk to PetMeds to see if they could expedite the shipping. Not only did they send it over night, they did not charge me for the change. They said if it did not get there on time and I had to get it at the vet (significantly more expensive) they would reimburse me!!!! It arrived on time, overnight, my dog did not miss a meal. And my dog is finally feeling better!!! PetMeds saved me this week, and I am VERY VERY grateful!!!

Laura was so polite and professional she listened to me and when i accidentally dropped the call she went the extra mile and called me back. I know she was busy because i had to wait for a call to speak with someone. Then after she called I accidentally hung up but she realized it and called me right back she is great
