Waited 7 days for my results
Waited 7 days for my results said that it must have gone into spam but check the spam every day.
They said it would be sorted by the end of the day but it was not finally got results but took 7 days will not use again
Have not received results
Booked a 2 day PCR test.
Test arrived, sent back to them but still waiting over 1 week later.
Still waiting....
Still waiting for Day 2 test result 2 weeks after sample was delivered to lab. Fobbed off with emails stating they have been inundated with a rush of samples. Got the order number required for UK Passenger Locator, otherwise waste of £33.

Of i could give 1010labs 0 stars i would have done It. I have received 2 covid tests damaged which i could not use in time for my day 2 test. I have try to call 1010labs but they never replayed. I have sent to them an email to explain the issue and ask for a refound and they told that "someone might contact me after 28days". Please do not buy covid tests from this supplier. Terrible service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. absolute scam. Day 2 test arrived and returned as per instructions. One week later no results and I have definitely had covid. So potentially infected passengers on my flight. Emails don’t get answered and complaints are not escalated. And they won’t give money back.

Update. Week later I have my DAY-8 results and they are negative. It's surprising as antigen test came out positive and I have all Covid symptoms since almost 2 weeks.
This company should be avoided
This company should be avoided!
They took payment for 2 x 2-day tests but now arguing over the fact that they claim one test was not paid for, which we have proof from our bank and the fact they delivered it proves we paid for it.
The second test they claim they emailed and text the result, which is a blatant lie as nothing was received.
We are £80 out of pocket and absolutely nothing to show for it.
The customer service will argue with you, refuse to help and any advice from others as how to fight this would be appreciated.

I had a problem with the delivery date .I emailed them for the same and soon got reply from Assia ,a member of the lab ,who helped to solve the issue .I was given a replacement kit .I am totally happy with the service .

Would not even give one star. Sent test back this is now day 5 and no results and no answer to my emails. The govrnment need to take this lab off their approved list. I also was confused as the address on the return box was nhs lab not 1010 lab.

Had a struggle in the beginning to get an invoice with the reference code. Kit arrived way past the 2 days and results still not received it’s been over 14 days. Don’t recommend them
Slow and confusing
Price-wise 1010 Lab were cheaper than other day2 PCR test suppliers - but also not the cheapest. But considering their service it felt like a waste of money.
The forms were not particularly obvious to fill in as the example in their instructions didn’t match the form. It wasn’t always clear where you had to write the different information and it also stated it was crucial you signed the form but nowhere obvious to do so.
Time-wise they were very slow. The samples were sent to them on Wednesday. 3 out of our 4 results were received on the Sunday. The last result was not received until Tuesday. That’s a lot of additional time to quarantine due to slow service.

The Royal Mail collected the covid test by 5pm and I received my covid-test result today (Thursday) at 1pm. I paid 34,99£ with delivery fees and I am very happy with the service. Will definitely use again.
Late dispatch, no results after 3 weeks
PCR test kits arrived 4 days later. Apparently, they were busy.
Send the test kits back the same day they arrived and after more than 2 weeks - no results nor response from them.
Waste of time and money.

never received my results. Scam company using covid to make profits without providing a service. The only useful thing you get is a reference number for the passenger locator form. You will not get your results so be prepared to isolate for the required duration regardless of payment to this company.

I took from them day2, 5 and 8 and after 5days i've been calling them to ask the results for the day 2 and they sent the e-mail with the results after 11 days and even now i didn't get my day5 results and it's been more than 3 months. I also call them to give my money back but they just lied to me.
One operator told me they don't give money back, another one told me they will and in the end, someone else called me that I will receive a phone call in 28 days to make the procedure for refund. Nothing in 3 months, just a bunch of liars!

Sent 24ht test on day2. Result arrived a full 5 days later causing me to quarantine for a further 5 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I called for a refund they lied and refused. SCAMMERS!

They send the test after 2 days we arrive in the UK, and we make the test on the same day and we send it to them. But the result arrives after 7 days by email.
It was a waste of time and money!
