Tout est a repenser au niveau service…

Garage de Vincennes-France. Tout est a repenser au niveau service client. La communication entre la platforme et le garage, l'accueil du client (une premiere fois plus d'une heure ou j'ai du demander l'intervention d'un manager et une deuxieme fois ou ils ont fait attendre mon pere, une personne tres agee, une heure trente), l'attente pour monter un dossier qui sera redemande trois jours apres, l'attente du diagnostic (une semaine sans nouvelles et impossible de les contacter et non retour d'email), la facon dont ils traitent les clients est a la limite du detestable. La facturation qui n'est pas correcte. On a vraiment l'impression de les deranger et on en vient a ne pas leur faire confiance au niveau du service mechanique. a eviter si possible.

Don’t renew your health insurance without speaking to them first!

Prior to speaking to Juliette, I was considering giving up on my health insurance given it was slowly becoming unaffordable. Juliette provided a clear explanation about their services and presented me with all options for my health insurance renewal. Health insurances renewals can be quite opaque so I really appreciated her professionalism and the insight she had for each option which made it quite easy for me to select the appropriate one in the end. Altogether I saved nearly £700 a year for an equivalent option that suits my needs best. I’ll definitely use this company (and Juliette is still ‘around’) again next year. Highly recommended.

Better is better!

I have a yearly membership with one of the Better pools in LB Lewisham (Forest Hill). They took over from Fusion which were much cheaper but awful customer service at the centre. I swim 4-5 times a week early morning so I am there a lot to form an informed opinion. In terms of the facilities and staff there, they are doing their best to make us feel like a community and overall, they are friendly and efficient. There’s still work to do with updating the resources/facilities e.g. disabled changing rooms but I suppose this is a budget issue that needs to be addressed with the Borough. As for their central customer service, I’ve dealt with them quite a few times in the past year and can only praise them. They have been helpful and really strive to solve issues e.g. membership/payment etc. The app can get a bit glitchy at times but that’s what apps do… so it’s a thumb up for me!

Ok overall

Ordered and received day 2 PCR well ahead of my return. Took and posted the test on 30th December before 10am and received the results on the 1st January at 23:59 so 48hrs-ish. Given the reviews I had read, i had limited trust in the process so was nervous throughout as it really sounded to be hit and miss. However, my experience was overall positive.

The only negative is the outcome of the test.

Another satisfying experience with this company. Swift receipt of pre departure antigen kit and certificate. Competitive price wise but wish the day 2 PCR tests were aligned with competitors. Tip: For all IOS users, use a different browser.

Great customer service

I judge companies by their ability to deal with issues. Ordered a couple of items, which turned out ‘faulty’ but their customer service was faultless: the issue was recognised, the items reordered and a voucher sorted for the inconvenience. Given the pandemic, you can’t talk to people directly at first but they then contacted me swiftly to discuss and arrange the ‘plan b’. I also had an email to confirm. The coffee table won’t be delivered for a while now but I can use the ‘not so perfect’ one in the meantime.
