First and last order on this website!

First and last order on this website. I ordered 3 products, I got a package with 4 products and none of the ones I ordered! Seriously, it's someone else's order for sure. So I email them, explaining everything with photos as proof. It takes them 2 days to get back to me to ask what's the problem. They haven't even read my first message. I'm pretty sure I'll never see my actual order and won't get any refund. My advice: Don't order anything on this website!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered 6 chairs 257 euros each and other objects, 4 chairs arrived completely destroyed, and the other items never arrived. I have been waiting for 12 weeks for my order and then for a refund and still no concrete answer from them! I call them everyday and still no refund. Terrible company! Never have i dealt with such bad customer service in France!

Very happy with Westwing overall

Very happy with Westwing overall. Well built team!
Great selection of items, fantastic customs care service. The best one i ever had! Fast delivery. Also amazing return or refund solutions when necessary. Half of stuff in our home is from Westwing.
