very poor packing to large of box for the items size with no packing in it heavy items get damaged and bust open every time

The order process is simple and if we have any broken glasses, the return process is simple.

The web site thought my ship to was my personal address and it was hard to change it. This was a present and the drop down menu did not have an option for just gift to a friend.
