I realized 3 months after my first…

I realized 3 months after my first order that I was being charged $99 each month for their “plus” membership. I don’t remember ever signing up for that and ALWAYS cancel free trials prior to being charged as I set a reminder a few days out. I was irritated and angry with that system so I chatted with customer service. They weren’t able to refund all 3 months, but I did get one month refunded to my card and the other 2 months as store credit. The customer service is the only reason I’m doing 3 stars instead of 1. The shipping costs are outrageous. The only reason I purchased from them again is because of the store credit, otherwise I wouldn’t have dealt with this company anymore. Steer clear if you’re not a business that can afford the $99/month.

Hi Andrea, I apologize for these issues you ran into with our Plus membership. I am glad to see that our Customer Solutions was able to resolve this and apply a store credit for the charges. As a wholesale website, we don't build our shipping costs into the cost of the products, in order to keep our products low for bulk ordering. This is why we charge for full price for our shipping.
