Ordered a small utility table. It arrived, very sturdily packaged, no damage whatsoever to packaging. Upon opening the carton I found one corner of the table was broken, cracked. Somewhat large. I suspect it was broken before being shipped.

Webstaurant arranged for a replacement to be sent as soon as I informed them of the problem.

I was one of Earthlink’s earliest customers, at a time when it was cutting edge. I’m still a customer but Earthlink is now a shadow of the former company. They can’t even do basic email right.

Because I’ve had my email address with them for basically forever it would be a huge pain to shift over to a different email address. But if Earthlink gets even just a bit worse I probably, finally will.

I’d rate them at less than one star, btw — perhaps 1/4 of a star.
