Terrible Hosting Service

The hosting service is basically terrible. The database refuses to update the sql added into it with the management site and keeps failing. There is no possibility to upload new files with a new deployment after creation. The support does not exist. I opened a ticket directly in the app and I still didn't get an answer. After some days I realised it has been deleted.

After all, I still have doubts on how we are supposed to know the database credentials before of uploading the code, since the db is specific for each "project" we make and there is no way to make more deployments.

Update: after a few days i created another project just to host the database and it has been disabled by Trust & Security team which I believe doesn't even exist since I still didn't get a reply to the 2 support requests I sent and the website is literally a PHP to manage tasks...

New Update: To explain how this company is unreliable, another project went down for a while and it was fine in the dashboard with no errors encountered.
