Pointless support and people
The service itself is not that bad but the customer support makes it definitely worse. First of all, if you have any issue they always state that it's the software fault assuming its a plugin/mod issue. Asking for help multiple times and reporting the issue with clear details did not help at all, they keep using pre-written responses or saying this is not possible.
Additionally, the Discord support server is defined "unofficial" because non-team members can answer but its still a support option linked in the website so that's not an excuse. A moderator in particular is rude towards members for no clear reason, enforces non-existent rules and takes the right to do everything they want. The rest of the moderation team is fine and friendly.
After 4 years of being in the Discord Server and at least 1 year passed in support channels helping people, 02.09.25 i have been banned by this discord server and the exaroton one too. ModBot (the moderation bot they use) dmed me saying "No Reason Provided" and I'd like to mention that I was not active in Aternos since 2 days before and in exaroton since at least 1-2 Months ago. After submitting a ticket appeal and explaining the case, the team member who replied could not find the reason and simply asked me "what did you do to cause that?". I answered already in my initial request and I anyway answered again. After 1 week no response from them.
