You try and do right and ‘shop local’/‘shop Irish’ but instead you get delayed delivery and awful customer service. I could have bought the walking pad on Amazon and received it 2 weeks earlier. Their website says 7-10 working days. This is not true. No response or follow up from their customer service either. Wish I’d seen these review before I ordered. AVOID!

I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and I completely understand how frustrating it is when something takes longer than expected. We never want any of our customers to feel let down, and I sincerely apologise for the delay and for not communicating as clearly as we should have.
Your order has now been delivered, it arrived in 12 working days, just a couple of days outside our usual 7–10 working day estimate. The reason for this slight delay is that we experienced a much higher volume of orders than usual, and the model you selected temporarily went out of stock in our Irish warehouse. To make sure you still received it as quickly as possible, we fulfilled it from our sister warehouse in Germany, which added a few extra days to the delivery time.
We truly appreciate your support of a small Irish business, and we’re already working on improving both our stock management and communication so that future orders run more smoothly. I hope you’re enjoying your new walking pad now that it’s with you.
