6 weeks later, no product, no delivery details, no response from customer service
I ordered my walking pad on 5th of June, I have contacted them 3 times on the 2 email addresses provided for customer service over the last 6 weeks with no response. I still have not received my product nor any shipping confirmation/ tracking details. No contact number to call anyone.
Have I been scammed?? I have also reported via Shop app!

Hi Ashling, we sincerely apologize for this completely unacceptable experience. Six weeks with no communication is not okay and we understand your frustration. Please share your order number immediately so we can investigate what went wrong and resolve this for you. We've recently changed our customer support system and now handle all inquiries via email and our ticketing system.
We're a legitimate business and we will make this right for you.
