Victra is not Verizon!!

My husband went there, thinking that the store was Verizon because it says Verizon on the outside of the building. This place of business changes more for phones than actual advertised prices at Verizon. They charged my husband $120 for a phone that Verizon advertises for 79.99! And then he finds out that it is $50 if you try to return it for a restocking charge! Don’t go there!!!! Be aware!!

It took three months

It took three months, and I would still be paying for what was supposed to be a free phone trade-in promotion, if it wasn't for the intervention of Verizon corporate office. Victra never sent in the paperwork for the promotion nor for my trade-in phone.
I will let all my family and friends know about Victra's poor service. Were ever you go, get a receipt. Do NOT let them convince you that they will take care of it.

Better Service @ Verizon Victra Store on Calvine

I recently visited the Verizon Victra store on Calvine to see if my contacts could be transferred from my old Samsung to my new iPhone. Larry was incredibly helpful—he said he’d give it a try, and within just five minutes, he had successfully transferred everything! He truly saved me from the tedious task of entering each contact manually.

In the past, I didn’t feel satisfied visiting this store due to the previous staff and management. However, with the new team and management, the experience has completely changed! The staff is now kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, making every visit comfortable and pleasant.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a positive experience. I hope more people shop here and get to enjoy the same level of care and professionalism.

Victra is not a repubale company

I can not detail my experience here as I only have 2000 characters. But I can tell you this company is not reputable. I used them as a Verizon Wireless retailer. Ultimately, they owed me a few hundred dollars in charges. It took dozens of texts, emails, and phone calls over the course of 6 months to "rectify". I only got somewhat satisfaction after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted my attorney. I was stringed along for that 6 months with constant empty promises "I'll look into it an get back to you tomorrow" but never did.

If you decide to business with Victra, buyer beware. I ultimately was able to "resolve" my issue by them doing the absolute bare minimum. But the dozens of hours of my time and frustrations dealing with this company can never have a dollar value acceptable (at one point they told me they understood my frustrations and would compensate me for all my time but never did). To be honest, I really feel they just hoped I would eventually go away. And, in some manners, they "won" cause I accepted the absolute bare minimum as a resolution because I grew tired of chasing them for appropriate resolution.

I do not understand why Verizon Wireless keeps them as a partner.

All I can say is beware if you decide to do business with Victra. To repeat, there was a few hundred dollars in discrepancy (which they told me they would rectify) but it took filing a complaint with the BBB and involving an attorney to get any traction whatsoever for resolution. My experiences are that Victra is not a reputable company.

Victra Is Extremely Dishonest and not a Verizon Store

Victra in Andover is NOT a Verizon store. It is a reseller. You will end up paying thru the nose when you upgrade phones. I upgraded from a Samsung S10+ to a S24+ eight months ago (9/5/24). It was supposed to be a free upgrade when I traded in my S10+. This store never gave me the Verizon promised promo for my trade in and I ended up being billed for $1,000 over 36 months worth of payments for the new phone. The ACTUAL Verizon store at 21st & Rock said this is not the first problem caused by that store, and we spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get it sorted out. Now it is Mid April, 2025 and I am still being billed in excess. Verizon corporate tried to rectify it but I am still being billed in error because the reseller is in charge of getting the situation handled since they took possession of my old S10+. STAY AWAY from this sham operation. Victra is all sweet and nice in person, apologizing all over the place with false promises, without resolving this after me going to their store 6 times over 8 months.

Buyer Beware

This is the second and last time ever dealing with Victra. They do not deal honestly and will say what they need to in order to make a sale. We may just switch back to ATT next time.

Overcharged? expect to be stalled until you give up

My entire experience with this place (Franklin, TN) felt like a scam. My wife and I decided to move our numbers to Verizon 2 months ago, and we got new devices, which were supposed to be for free (other than the sales tax or whatever) with a 3-years contract.

One of the things that bothered me the most was all the unmentioned changes. In my opinion, service providers should be more transparent about these charges before heading to the cashier's desk. Anyway, I ended up paying $437.24 in store, and then another $466.73 as an initial payment, which was also never mentioned. and my monthly bill was way higher than what I was told. They said it was because the promo code was missing. Later on, after going to the store a couple of times, resubmitting tickets to correct the monthly bill, one of the clerks noticed that I was overcharged for the service as well. I was charged for 2 temp numbers that are used before porting our numbers. $84.70 was deducted from the next bill. I had to call Verizon and fix their mistake by myself because the clerk wouldn't bother to fix their own mistake.

In addition to all these, I had to pay $22.36 for one of the devices for 36 months (totals $737.88), and after 2 months of back and forth, now it's reduced to $5.14 (I guess it's the sales tax, but the other device is only $0.28/mo for some reason).

At this point;
• I had to pay unmentioned charges,
• I was charged for temp numbers that I don't own (fixed by myself),
• I had to pay monthly for one of the devices and am still paying a smaller amount (partially fixed to an acceptable amount), and
• I still pay about $30 more for my unlimited plan than what I was told.

My sales clerk gave me his private number to help me out, so that I wouldn't keep coming to the store. and I thought that was big help, but these 4 things combined somewhat suggest otherwise. I've been to the Verizon store 7 times and texted the guy for 2 months to fix these errors, I mean how difficult can it be for a Verizon store to fix accounting errors. I was stalled each time I texted, asked to wait. When I first moved to Verizon, he said "the numbers might bounce back and forth for about 2 weeks until the promo code finally sets in". But the numbers never bounced. After that, the answers were very similar every time I texted. "I submitted a ticket, or I did this and that, it should take X days to reflect in your account", X being 1 to 7 days. This went on for 2 months! Then I started receiving answers slower to never. I really find it hard to believe that this cannot be sorted out by a Verizon store. I was either lied to in the beginning or they did not hard enough.

I was going to return all the devices and ask for refund, but we decided to forget about it and move on, because it doesn't really hurt my income. But that doesn't mean I'll keep quiet about it. Trustpilot is next, and then maybe twitter or reddit or whatever if I get time.

My recommendation to everyone who's having a similar experience is to simply return everything and get your money back before they stall you until too late. it won't be fixed!

Horrible company

Horrible company. Do not shop at a Victra store. The accessories are unbelievably expensive and they make you pay for the salesperson to set up your phone.
