Better Service @ Verizon Victra Store on Calvine


I recently visited the Verizon Victra store on Calvine to see if my contacts could be transferred from my old Samsung to my new iPhone. Larry was incredibly helpful—he said he’d give it a try, and within just five minutes, he had successfully transferred everything! He truly saved me from the tedious task of entering each contact manually.

In the past, I didn’t feel satisfied visiting this store due to the previous staff and management. However, with the new team and management, the experience has completely changed! The staff is now kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, making every visit comfortable and pleasant.

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a positive experience. I hope more people shop here and get to enjoy the same level of care and professionalism.

Most Reliable and Stress Free

Proud of Bed Bath and Beyond (BBB) for best system and best service, that is the reason I try to buy products from BBB as possible as I can.
I ordered online and the product was delivered timely and the delivery person was very courteous.
She even took photo of the product and she placed it in my front porch and I saw it via my email BBB sent, also she rang the bell.
Other companies (especially UPS and USPS) make too many mistakes like deliver to wrong address and packages are ripped or opened and many more problems - very disappointed and cause too much stress.
But with BBB, no stress - I am very happy to give BBB business.
Not only that, even when I go to store, they treat customers with courteous and kind manner.
Thank you very much and proud of you, BBB!!! 2 Thumbs up, BBB!!!

UPS is as bad as USPS.

UPS is as bad as USPS.
Terrible service!!
When they drop packages, they don't even ring the bell and just drop in front porch. Lot of people's packages get stolen because thieves pass by or keep an eye on and steal them.
If UPS do not ring the bell, how the recipients would know if the packages arrived?
Also they don't even leave a post-it to notify the owner the 1st attempt delivery.
Some of the ice packed stuff melted already because it's been outside too long.
One person was so honest and returned the package to UPS because he or she didn't order the product.
Sometimes they even just drop the packages at different address.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!

Too Many Problems from Carriers

I get other block's mails and they get my mails.
When I get other people's mails, either I drop them in the mail box or deliver it myself to the addressee.
But how many people return the mail to correct address or mailbox?
I lost so many mails and received someone else's.
I live in zip code 95828 and many street name starts with "New" which has three names like New Point Street.
The mail carriers just drop any address that matches just number or that starts with New.
Terrible delivery service!!!
I was waiting for very important document from government office.
They sent it, but I didn't receive it and it has been 2 weeks and still not received.

I just purchased a Samsung Smart TV…

I just purchased a Samsung Smart TV today (Tuesday, 11.19.2019).
And I am not a computer savvy. So I had to call Samsung Tech. Support to set up my TV.
I was so lucky to get a very sufficient tech.
Her name was Ivy. She was so knowledgeable and understood what I (as English is my second language) tried to explain. Besides all those, she was so kind and and had very good manner.
With her great assistance, everything was so smooth and simple and quick.
My TV works perfect and great quality of pictures (so vivid) and sounds (I can even hear little background sounds which I didn't hear on previous TV).
I love my new Samsung TV and the tech.
Thank you Samsung and Ivy!!! 2 thumbs up to you both.
