I wish I could have given this company a zero. They don't even deserve zero. I ordered from them. They charged my credit card twice. I called them back and they refunded one. I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband which the shoes review have Only five stars. come to find out this shoes is a piece of s*** I order size 11. The shoes is like a size 5. Supposed to be leather orthopedic shoes, it's only stinky rubber with raincoat like body. This shoes would even hurt the damn dog foot! you placed an order they're quick to send you a shipping email and the product still in their wherever they're sending it from in China to their distribution location in NC .It take weeks to get to you wherein it says you would receive your order in 3 days. I ordered in September 24th I received the order the October 11th. I called the customer service. I spoke with a rude, very rude customer service human,who told me that I have to pay for the return myself. I told him no I'm not paying for the return myself because they send me a piece of s*** totally different from what they advertised and I want my money back. I will be calling my bank. Stay away from these. Scamming scumbags don't waste your time. products. What they have are not quality products. I believe they are doing their own reviews on items that have five stars because no way what they sent me is even one star .stay away from this company or whatever they are. When my order came it came with a different label over the original label. The original label it came from China to North Carolina. They're so dishonest. Be careful because they charge your credit card for some kind of subscription you know nothing about for $39.99! to get rid of them Your bank have to close out that card and send you another card. I ordered a 2Tb flash drive for $24.99. At checkout I was suddenly charged another $9.99 for a shipping warranty. I received a 1Tb flash drive. That's still a good price so I wasn't real upset but now they are trying to charge me another $39.99 and I have no idea what this is for. I'm reporting them to the FBI.

They say they put in the mail but they gave a fake shipping tracking number and charge your credit card for a protection plan that was never ordered. Scam company

Tried to order a nice winter coat priced at $45. When I tried to complete the order form, the $9.95 protection plan popped up. When I declined it, a red "Do Not Honor" sign covered the order button. So it appeared my order was canceled. 10 minutes later, I got an email thanking me for ordering. It went on to describe their Reward Club that would begin in 19 days, costing $39.99 per month, it sounded like if I weren't a member, the coat would cost $129. Checking my card, I discovered my $45 charge was pending at Viramaxpower.com in Pennsylvania & the declined insurance was listed to a Health Insurance group in Utah! I contacted my bank and had my card shut down. There was nothing on the form I filled out about this Reward Club at all. I filled out their form to cancel the sale immediately. Was treated very courteously by a representative, Gino, who promised to rescind my charge. Guess I was fortunate for being quick to shut down! My bank, Choice One , handled it pleasantly. Real learning experience!

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. As the other reviews state, this is a scam site that sends you a different product than you've asked for, you pay for the return shipping yourself if you decide to return, they don't follow though with the refund. Then the company makes random charges on your card over time. The only way to avoid those charges is to have your bank block them. Also, most reviews on the site are fake.

Definitely do not buy anything from this company. They charged me for an additional $7.95 for shipping protection even though I opted out. I called and had to get that credited back. Then about 3 weeks later I noticed a couple additional charges, one for $34.95 and another for 39.99. The numbers were in the charge heading on my transaction details so I called each one. The reps and I were able to trace it back to this company and these unknown, subscriptions I had supposedly signed up for when buying a product from this Vernier Shop site. So I went to my order confirmation email and at the very bottom, it says you’ll be signed up for this crap. I was able to get my money refunded directly from the subscription sites. I also canceled my credit card and have a new one on the way. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

They showed me a location of Raleigh NC so I expected quick delivery- I live in NC- ...HA! They are really located in Calif. - according to the company phone number-530-687-4730. And yes, the $9.95 "Protection Plan" is a total scam but calling and complaining got it refunded immediately...SHOCK!! The order tracking website is most likely a false rabbit hole as well. Showed my order coming out of NY somewhere and on the way to my "zip code"...for well over a week!! Was told my order will arrive by Friday, we'll see. If not it's back to my credit card to file a formal dispute.

This company is sketchy and their products are crap. Plus, they enroll you in a "rewards" program that charges your credit card $39.99/month after your purchase. They run their credit card billing through another company. I will not be ordering from them again and will urge others not to either!

I ordered my product on September 9th and have yet to receive it. Communication is absolutely ridiculous. I call every other day. They claim they tried to deliver it but they did not. And out no one gets back to me. I've been hung up on the phone several times. Do not trust this company

Horrible products, not USA based, returned 2 products and never got a refund. Do not buy anything from this company. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

TERRIBLE customer service. First, they charged me for extended warranty which I did not want. We product arrived, it did not suit my needs. Advertised as AC, but it was a FAN! I complied with their directions for return and paid for shipping. The postal service tracking confirmed, but I never received my refund. Venier is a fraudulent company! A complaint was filed with Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau.

They sent the wrong product, and my card was also charged some random fees after I bought from them. This is a scam. They offered to give me 50% back from some smart glasses that costed $62. What I purchased wasn’t at all what it showed online and it was MUCH smaller. It’s a piece of junk and no directions came with it.

Same experience. Ordered a $31 raincoat, it came cheap, poorly made, with strings hanging everywhere and not as pictured. I also was charged the 7.96 and 39.99 unauthorized charges! Also came from China . Total scam website.

This company seems to be fraudulent. I ordered an item that I never received, was charged for insurance on the item that I specifically declined after checkout, and three weeks later, was charged for an annual membership that I did not agree to. I had to get my bank to refund all charges. They are running a professional scam - customer service is easy to reach.

Customer service hung up on me and would not let me speak. We were on the phone about 40 seconds. When I called back, the same woman answered and when I asked why she hung up, she said "Ma am I have 40 calls." ????? So you are rude and short and hang up on peole? I should have listened to my bank's fraud alert the minute I made a purchase from this site. I found an additional "protection" charge on my credit card after I declined that "warranty." I see that others have not received their order or it came as a poorer quality than claimed by the site. We'll see if I get mine. I should have paid attention to the other signs, such as a questionable purchase ID with a long number and vague name, along with the other indicators of shadiness on the website. Reporting fraud to my bank. Ugh. Do not waste your time!
