Things they could improve on would be to allow a larger withdrawal daily limit.. I mean before you can cash out $100 you have to deposit $1000, little steep you ask me. I have submitted my documentation multiple times and each time declined. I have also contacted customer support twice and also emailed requesting my account be closed 3 or 4 times or more. There are only so many photos one can take. After so many times it becomes problematic and one will lose interest in using the platform at all. I play on a few accounts and have never had such an issue.
