horrible customer support services I've been waiting for my deposit after the said 15 minutes customer support ignores my chat messages this is horrible service

i had a issue with my game today i kindly asked customer support for a valid email address and they never responded back they blamed my issue on my phone without knowing all the facts just assumed anyways besides the poor customer service ithe site is koo fast on the deposit and withdrawal despite of the horrible service from the individual the rest is great
