Bad packaging and not trustworthy

Trust the reviews on their own website with a grain of salt.
I ordered 2 items from them which were supposed to be a gift. The packaging was really bad and it damaged the product boxes quite badly which will make it awful to gift them like that. Then I submitted a review on their website to show my experience, but the review even though it was successfully submitted, does not actually show on their website. So they are definitely manipulating them either with fake reviews or hand picking the good ones.
