I was under the impression that I would be learning the language with one teacher throughout the course. I had just started making good progress with my first teacher when, after only one module, management replaced them with a new one. It takes time to adjust to each new teacher, which makes the learning process less consistent.

I rate it very poorly. I really expected better. Some teachers seem to not know what they are doing, they don't know where to start teaching. I don't like that teachers change often or don't come (they are sick) and we are left sitting in the classroom and no one knows where to go. There are a lot of mixed module people in the classroom - the teachers can't manage.

Good school to start with module 1
I started my module 1 with UC Plus in August 2025. Overall my experience is quite positive. While the group seems to be a bit big (~20 students), most of them are on the similar level and it is easier to cope with the course tempo. We have a balance of oral and written exercises, and what I like they track attendance to make sure you don’t fall much behind as with the time it gets more intense. Only disadvantage - they proposed free danish sim card, but not sure how to get it :(

Poor administration support
My experience started reasonably well with Module 1, despite my instructor canceling the introductory meeting multiple times at short notice. Module 2, however, has been a complete disaster.
My original class was split up after a month of lessons due to insufficient enrollment numbers. When personal circumstances prevented me from attending classes, I was removed from the course, even though I was prepared to take the exam.
The main issue has been with administration. I urgently need to complete my Module 2 exam and made it clear I’m available for any class schedule. Yet I was told no classes were available, a complete lie, as I have friends currently attending ongoing courses.
It took phone complaints before they offered me a December exam date. More complaints were needed to get this moved up to November.
I am writing this review hoping someone from administration will see this and help resolve my situation properly. I desperately need an October exam date. I will be coming to your offices in person to discuss this face-to-face, as phone calls haven’t clearly been effective.

I was under the impression that you will learn the language with 1 teacher all the way through. I have been starting to pick up the language with 1 teacher. Right after 1 module the management kick that teacher out and bring a new one which takes a little more time to get used to every new teacher.

Learning Danish Online is Awesome here
I have started to learn Danish with them online. The teacher Pia Brock is amazing. UCPlus is certainly a wonderful option to learn Danish. I also visited their centre and borrowed a book. The centre is nice and the receptionist was very kind and polite.

Ucplus is a very good institute. A good platform for new language learners.but the issue is you must consider professions who have to pass pd3 exam plz enroll them in pd3 exam .
I have good experience in ucplus but problem that I am facing is that I want to be enrolled in pd3 because I have to pass pd3 exam in a very short time frame of only 2 years.
