I have been trying to withdraw MY money whilst I am travelling, after speaking to 2 advisors on the phone they were not able to resolve this issue for me and I had to send MY money back to the senders. No real explanation but apparently because I am not in the UK. When I explained I was travelling and not returning for a year I was made to feel bad about it! Why can I send money back but not withdraw? People do travel and use PayPal you know. I have closed my account, awful company never had such bad customer service
