Poor administration support
My experience started reasonably well with Module 1, despite my instructor canceling the introductory meeting multiple times at short notice. Module 2, however, has been a complete disaster.
My original class was split up after a month of lessons due to insufficient enrollment numbers. When personal circumstances prevented me from attending classes, I was removed from the course, even though I was prepared to take the exam.
The main issue has been with administration. I urgently need to complete my Module 2 exam and made it clear I’m available for any class schedule. Yet I was told no classes were available, a complete lie, as I have friends currently attending ongoing courses.
It took phone complaints before they offered me a December exam date. More complaints were needed to get this moved up to November.
I am writing this review hoping someone from administration will see this and help resolve my situation properly. I desperately need an October exam date. I will be coming to your offices in person to discuss this face-to-face, as phone calls haven’t clearly been effective.
