Mary was extremely sweet and helpful. She was quick to respond and was able to answer the questions about the ticket I have open and whether or not the upgrade for today was to fix the issue of uploading my photos would stop the app from crashing. She was able to tell me that my ticket is still open and will reply when they have fixed that issue.
