SCAM SCAM SCAM! ORDERED NO RESPONSE TO CALLS AND EMAILS! SCAM!

I take it this is a fake company...AVOID!!!
Ordered an over the fence bird house. Took my money and no bird house delivered. Messaged company through the website and sent two emails. No reply at all. Scammers!

As per other reviews, this is a fake company that won't deliver or reply to mails

How has this been allowed to happen again!!!! Myself and my wife got ripped of for a good sum of money by this clown benjamin george pearson when he was ripping people off with garden buildings .org. I see he has now folded timber delivery and opened up another company to take money from people and rip them off. Karma will get you my friend people like you will always rip off the wrong person that won't let it go until they find you. BE WARNED PEOPLE HES A CON MAN.

These guys are proper cowboys. They setup companies, rip off people and move on.

Ordered timber back in September last year. Despite numerous emails, some replied to, some not, no timber, no refund. Emailed again today and all email is bouncing. Are they still in business?

Unfortunately our experience has be very poor. We emailed & phoned uncountable times ,left order number and ALL contact & delivery details and to note the order was over £400.
I'm sure they company was fine before covid but from reading the reviews it seems they took on to much and didn't know when to hold there hands up .( just my opinion)
We manage to get our money back by opening a complaint with the bank for undelivered goods.

Ugh!!! Where to start. I hate giving bad reviews, and after ordering a summerhouse and items back in October I checked the reviews. Yep mostly poor. Worried I would not receive the items I spend 25 minutes on hold to talk to 'Gema'. She reassured me everything was in stock, we were localish so could be delivered the following week and that all the reviews were due mostly to materials stuck abroad.

The next week came, no delivery. Countless emails, answer messages to no joy. FINALLY got through to 'Gema' and she assured me items would be delivered the following week. The day came, most of the order was missing 'out of stock' and some wrong.

And that's it. Since NOVEMBER, countless emails, countless messages and nothing. This was meant to be a studio for my daughter at Xmas, needless to say it never arrived and we can't get in touch with anyone.

I am SO frustrated!!!! The phone now says 'this line is currently out of service' when you call.

I doubt I shall see my money or goods.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after a reassuring chat initially about how they are strapped due to Covid and they have done nothing but take the mick. I mean a simple phone call or email would be a start.

Lots of angry customers I see. Don't fall into the trap of ordering because they seem good value because you'll never see it!!!!!!!

Similar to others - order 72000 placed 2/11, no delivery and no reply to enquiries. Now pursuing chargeback via my bank. For others in same situation, you can register your objection as a creditor to the application to strike off the company - search for ‘object-to-a-limited-company-being-struck-off’ on the UK gov site.

How can people get away with robbing people like this an absolute disgrace.

I placed an order in October. Most of my order was delivered in November but I have had no response to recent emails regarding the balance of several hundred pounds. Emails are bouncing back and their phone is now disconnected. I shall be taking legal action. Do not use this company.

Order 76238 16x10 summerhouse ordered 6/11/20, have had no contact since the invoice was emailed. Chased for eta several times although website advised December delivery dates. Phone lines now disconnected and no response via email. Paid in full on credit card so have started proceedings with them to retrieve funds. Looks like the company is being dissolved although the website is still taking orders albeit not for summer houses.

Having researched company while waiting for a refund we have discovered that on 22 nd December first gazette notice to strike off timber delivery with companies house . Benjamin George Pearson of Stourbridge England applied for an active proposal to strike off .
Interestingly you can still place an order online !shocking . Have contacted our bank to try and recover our money and will start court proceedings .
Be Warned do not order from this company and begin investigation ASAP to retrieve funds , we don’t think we will be seeing our money again , they are thieves , dishonest and liars ! People like us will be out of pocket at a time when money is tight and blaming covid is no excuse for ripping people off . Disgraceful .

Further to a number of reviews and still waiting for a delivery that was placed by my wife in November 2020.
After numerous phone calls to Timber Direct and multiple emails promising delivery in December I have discovered today that on the 22nd December the Director (Benjamin George Pearson) applied with the "First Gazette" to be struck off.

The company will be Struck Off no longer than 2 months from the 22nd December.

Do not order from this company, if you have done so already I don't believe you will be receiving your order and you must try and get your money back from the courts or your bank.

Placed order 1/11 for over £800, 7-10 day delivery ... heard nothing so called and emailed told a delay with order but would get a delivery date by the 23rd !! 23rd came and went tried calling and emailing and even used messenger had mostly automated response blaming covid for reduced staff , isolating, different tiers etc. Advising to email any queries but still no response Eventually had a reply saying if I wanted a refund to email them requesting so . We did and surprise surprise nothing !! It’s now the 16/12 and am pursuing getting our money back through the bank . Have had to purchase wood from elsewhere which now won’t be delivered prior to Christmas and timber shed remains unfinished .
Terrible Terrible service from this company I wish I had read reviews on trust pilot before ordering . Hope we eventually get our money back , I would definitely NOT recommended this company.

Hard times for us all ,even your customers !!!!!!I'm sure under normal circumstances this company works well ,I would suggest that you stopped taking orders when you know you cant delivery, just make customers aware, posting on social media or your web page would have help customers understand . Ordered over £400 of timber ,they sent an email confirming payment and said they will contact us 2 days before delivery. Unfortunately this did not happen .when I finally got a reply from them they said it was about to be shipped , again failed to contact us or deliver. Please note ,I always left my email address , order number , list of items ordered, home delivery address and two contact numbers .
Iong story short ,ask them to cancel the order after 4 weeks of waiting and uncountable attempts to so had to contact the bank to get the money refunded . They also deleted reviews !!

Terrible company. Ordered my timber in October and it should have arrived on the 23rd Oct. Heard nothing from them until I chased them on the day of delivery to hear that they were awaiting new stock to come in and would call me back with a couple of days with a new date. Call never happened and they won’t even respond to emails. Just auto reply with COVID excuses. Now trying to chase refund

This company is horrendous placed an order mid October and heard absolutely nothing have emailed tried phoning phone lines no longer in use now having to try and get money back please please don't use this company you will be left high and dry fighting for your money back .

Paid in full for a 16x10 summerhouse on 14/10, was told there was an expected delivery of early December, with everything going on at the moment I thought that was very good, I emailed Gema Jones asking for an ETA on the delivery at the end of November & was told it would be from W/C 14/12 I have tried getting back in touch again to find an exact date & can’t get any response whatsoever, apparently the phone number is no longer in use & I just get an automated response to emails.
