I have a very bad experience with Thuisbezorgd. Every time something goes wrong with my order. The orders come with mistakes. The last time was today, 10-16-2025; I didn't receive my order at all. They gave me someone else's order, which had a completely different price, a lot cheaper than what I paid. I couldn't contact anyone at Thuisbezorgd. I will never order anything through them anymore.

We use Thuisbezorgd often when we decide to order in. Never ever had a problem, until last Friday. We received the wrong items within our order. Not something Thuisbezorgd had any involvement in. Nevertheless, they answered on Saturday and assured that we were not partially, but fully refunded on the order. Thanks a lot!
I had a problem for reasons whit out the pizza shop and I lose me delivery . The next day I call the shop and manager solved it for me (thanks your are a legend ) I’m recommend it to everyone, the pizza was very good and the staff treated us great
Thuisbezorgd in Maastricht are awful.
Today I made an order and it said 22 mins. The time slot changed and it took 58 minutes to arrive as I saw the driver delivery to another part of Maastricht.
The food was cold and could not be heated as it was MacDonalds.
I complained to Thuisbezorgd, buy they
chose to ignore the situation and offered a refund of part of the delivery cost and fee.
This company is stealing from the public and providing an awful service.
They need to take accountability for their poor service.

In short: Food arrived 3 hours after ordering. Delivery person was very aggressive and disrespectful. Customer service is terrible and if ignore me. More detail: After 2 hours of no delivery I tried to cancel via AI chatbot which was useless. I ordered from a different restaurant and ate that for dinner instead. On the 3rd hour someone starts ringing my doorbell and banging on my door like crazy (I was alone around 10pm and was scared to open the door). Only realized it was Thuiszorgd when someone called me and I heard their voice through the door. Told them to drop the food there and leave. Waited for a few minutes to find them still outside my door and told them I ordered this 3 hours ago. Thuisbezorgd delivery guy proceeded to yell at me that that's not his problem and be very aggressive again. I told him to leave or I'll call the police but he said he didn't care, so I closed the door. This encounter left me shaking and scared to be in my own house for about half an hour until my husband arrived home.
Customer service offered 10% voucher for next order and nothing to compensate for this order. I asked for full refund since at that point I already had dinner (from another other with them). They ignore me and keep pushing the measly 10%. Terrible service and terrible customer service.
I had an issue with a delivery where the delivery person was not able to reach me. I received an email saying the delivery agent tried to reach out but was unable to, the person tried ringing the bell/ calling (neither happened, could have missed the bell, but no call for sure). Hence, no refund will be initiated.
I spoke to a customer service agent and explained the situation, and they were adamant that no refund is possible. I explained, saying maybe it's not my fault that the person does not know how to use intercoms, they could have called.
I got a very direct reply saying "As mentioned before, There is no need to explain the situation again, This is also the last reply you will receive regarding your complaint and the order"
That is very unprofessional. I don't deserve to be spoken to like this. If I were at fault, I wouldn't mind not getting a refund, but this is not fair.
I ordered Flink through Thuisbezorg. I haven't received 80% of my order or my refund. I've been waiting for a refund for 18 days and haven't received any contact.

First 3 x small dishes did not arrive, so we paid €27 too much
I mailed the chef, mister Singh. He mailed me what went wrong. I just received the €27,50 that I payed too much, so I'm very pleased.
The dishes were delicious. The service came perfect on time.
So we will surely order again the food from Mahanakorn!
The claimed I would get 10 euros discount if I register with app, I did that and got "Voucher was rejected", wotheless.
Horrible service. A company trying to maximize profit at the cost of customer service.
Order is 1 hour late. Courier is unresponsive. It was stuck at "courier on the way to the restaurant" for 20min. After pick up courier is unresponsive and un trackable.
Chat bot is the definition of useless. I won't use them again.

I've been a loyal customer for two years, but since last week I will NEVER order from Thuisbezord again and you shouldn't either.
My dinner order was not delivered. After seeing it said "delivered" on the link I emailed customer support to ask for help.
The food was never delivered and the customer support said after looking into the matter there was nothing they could do. We pay you to deliver food, you cannot do what you were meant to do, how can you not help?
I asked for a refund, they said they won't issue it.
I sent proof that I've been a customer for the past 2 years, that I ordered from them four days prior to this incident,I've never had a problem.
But after being treated so poorly, and the customer service not investigating where my order went you have lost all my trust, and everyone I will talk to form today forward will hear about this story.
For a company with a 4.1 billion euro valuation, it is disappointing that you don't value your customers and cannot refund a simple dinner order when you did not hold up your part of the deal.

Not only this time!!! Fed up with this! Everytime i order somting i get a discount code but that code never works!!! When i try to call costumerservice i get disconnected! Total bullshit! I'm done with this, i rate no star! 🖕🖕

Ordered at KFC through Thuisbezorgd, however some products were missing. You can't reach anyone by phone, neither KFC nor Thuisbezorgd, only an AI Chatbot to save money not having to employ customer service. The Chatbot works horrible, still waiting for my money to be reimbursed for my missing food. Now I understand why restaurants are slowly stopping working with this company, terrible service!

Horrible customer support. Basically non-existent. The so-called AI is just a bunch of "sorry I cannot help with that" and the phone number does not work for customer support.

I'm a regular user of Thuisbezorgd, but I had the bad experience of receiving an order with wrong items. I contacted the restaurant, they asked me to contact customer support.
I did it although I didn't get any reply yet, also they have a ChatBot that is completely useless. In Uber eats they would refund the money right away or transfer you to an agent.
I even sent an email to their customer support address including my order details and picture of the wrong item, which seems to be completely ignored.

I ordered a pizza and it never came, they just took the money. I went to the place from where it should've come and they did not have any order from me. It is impossible to contact on the phone number. What a bad service, i will never order from thuisbezorg anymore.
