thuisbezorgd: A Food Delivery App with 50% Accuracy
Compared to other food delivery apps, this is BY FAR the WORST I have ever experienced.
About 50% of the time, your order will arrive with items missing—most often the drink. They might refund you or say they're going to look into it, but at 50% of orders, something systematic is going wrong and needs to be addressed.
The drivers say "they dont tell me what you ordered" in the app, so that might be it. Not sure, but warning all users that it's not worth it—just use one of the other delivery apps that actually work and serve their customers.
