I received my Fold 7 case on August 17

I received my Fold 7 case on August 17, and immediately notified the company that it was defective. They indicated several days later that I would receive a replacement after providing photos showing the defects. Today is October 18, and I am still waiting to receive the new case despite multiple emails back and forth indicating that it will be sent out "next week." My latest request for a refund has not been answered—absolutely horrible customer service and obviously poor quality control.

I wanted to get super thin case and…

I wanted to get super thin case and didn't mind paying extra for good quality case- Let me tell you what an experience I've had. Case i got didn't fit right as it was made too small. I contacted the customer service and they told me to ship it back at my own expense despite product was actually faulty. I thought ok i don't what the case as it doesnt fit just issue a refund/replacement once item is genuinely faulty. I live in EU so shipping it back was like €25. After months going back and forth they claimed that they haven't received the parcel. Despite I've had tracking that it was received. Weeks with no response to emails once I've had tracking to proof that they got it. Total scam this company. Cases are made in China not US. I've had better cases actually from China. All they give you is super fancy box and shite enough case. Don't buy. All reviews you see on youtube are sponsored. Don't believe any word. On a separate note cases I've got since directly from china for 10% of the price are 100%. Lesson learned

I purchased a case from Australia

I purchased a case from Australia. Case cracked at bottom with in 2 months. I emailed support they offered to replace it if I pay $31 Australian for shipping. Lousy support. Won’t buy again. Beware of warranty

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience, I cancelled my order , days later they decided to send it anyway. I got charged to ship it back to them and got charged customs which ended up costing more then their garbage products. There response is basically that it sucks to be me.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Case is nice but there are issues with the front piece sticking. Tried to contact customer service who take 1 day to reply to each message. So disappointed as not cheap. Shop elsewhere

Overall it's a very nice case. However, it is not worth its money. It is firstly, made in china not Texas 'its designed in texas' this shows in some of the finishing. I was willing to let the finishing slide but since I'm a Google pixel 9 pro fold user, I have experienced issues with magsafe causing issues on the phone despite having ordered gen 2 (supposedly fixing the issue'. When questioning customer service they replied with 'its normal with the Google pixel'. When replying explaining why this is unacceptable to be sold as compatible and at the asking price I received no further replies.

The most overpriced piece of junk I've ever bought.

For that sort of money, you'd expect it to be perfect. It isn't. It is an overpriced piece of junk. The case is too small to fit properly on a Galaxy Flip 6. The glue strips are ineffective and it bows up on the edges. Annoyed I spent so much money on something so useless. And don't expect a response from customer service...

ordered about 150 USD worth of products…

ordered about 150 USD worth of products when the shipping didnt go through and it was returned to their office, they just took the shipment and DID NOT refund me, also the do not reply to any email, call or anything else about the incident. Would strongly recomomend to take a big leap around this scamhole.

Do not buy from this company!!!!

Do not buy from this company!!! I have paid and ordered a case for my Fold 6, never received anything... They do not reply when I try to contact them via mail or website. Seems like they Use youtubers to recommend and promote their products, so they can scam the people who try to buy from them. Stay away, I seems like my money is lost for good.

S24 ultra case

S24 ultra case, used for about 3 months now. I've dropped my phone plenty of times and do not have a single scratch or scuff. The case does have a minor scuff with some loose fibres on the corner, but given it completely protected my phone during that incident I'm quite happy with it.

I received my case, customer service needs training

took about 2 weeks but they did send me my case. my frustration comes being told different things by different people. When I would message them through their website, customer service would always give me an excuse..."we are out of stock at the moment" another was "the plane carrying the material was delayed at the airport" but the owner, "Karl", would respond to me saying "we have your case in the warehouse and we are getting ready to ship it." Turns out Karl was right and customer service was just feeding me lines. I think they need to get every employee on the same page and not just try to tell the customer whatever. Honestly I feel if you do not have it in stock, you should not be accepting orders.

Get their product on Amazon - DO NOT buy from them directly.

After seeing the Thin Borne case in a review, I decided to give it a try since my husband and I just bought Z Fold 6's.

I ordered two cases, but only one arrived in the mail. After contacting support, they sent me a second one. Unfortunately, the magnet in the second case wasn't positioned correctly, so no MagSafe accessories would stick—they just fell off under the weight of my phone.

I reached out to customer support, and they responded by asking me to spend an additional $10 to receive a replacement back piece.

"Will a replacement back cover fix the issue? If yes, are you okay with covering the $10 S&H fee?"

As a result, we're returning both cases now. The company lost both money and reputation in one go.
