The Website Designs is a commercial fraud that will take your website hostage. They created a non compliant website that they then extorted fees to fix.

They Stole My Money, this place is a Fraud do not do business with them.

The Website Designs has done a great job in creating our company website as per our expectations.
This project took a little while as we were not able to provide them timely updates due to limitations at our end, but they still tried to implement our suggestions with in a few days for our review.
There were some hiccups along the way but David was able to align his team with our vision. With his steadfastness and persuasion, we are finally able to complete the website. Now we are waiting to see the search engine optimization and some training on how to be in control of our site.

Welllllll all I can say is this company is TRASH!!! We signed up last year around March. We asked them UP Front is there any more charges that we need to know about? We were told No! Well that was a flat out LIE! After about $1600+ we got a half ass website and nothing was working like it should. We went back and for with Elvin and David and nothing was EVER DONE RIGHT! They took our money and did not do a damn thing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! DON’T DO IT…..

We had a rough start understanding each other (I'm not computer savvy). But they worked to make it good. I'm satisfied with the outcome.

It has been more than 6 months and these people has made no effort to refund my money ($8,836.00). I called their finance department and put on hold for long time, of course. They won't return my phone calls. They still have a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau in San Francisco. I turned my case against them over to the F.T.C. for wire fraud, and I still going sue to get my money back.

Elvin and TWD developers have done a fantastic job making our [multiple] websites come to life. The entire group has been prompt and professional at making their offering as custom as possible to give me what I envisioned. Highly recommend.

simply bought a font to download. cant download it anywhere! utterly useless and pointless. the 'owner' made contact a few days later and apologised that a link hadnt been sent immediately. but by then i had had to make alternative arrangements. the font should have been able to download there and then not two days later! full refund recieved thanks to paypal, but wont use again due to the time wasting

I was promised that my website would be made a priority, and they did not disappoint!! This company did a great job replacing my website with a product I am proud of. Steve & Ronan did a great job making sure that we were happy with everything & very attentive to our vision. We are starting our marketing journey with them now, and very excited!

Don’t hire this company services!
•They will take a year to finish your project (changing people in charge of your project every single time, which you have to sent your info over and over again because they don’t received”)
•They will come with additional charges over the time pass (offering things that if you don’t get, your website won’t work and that is up to you) which they don’t say the moment before hiring them!
• After the long wait for your website to be finally finish, Manager will come with a $2,000 additional charge that if your don’t pay it won’t be view by any client since it won’t be in any search engine and treated you in an awful way!!

After a very lengthy dispute,
they reimbursed most of the charges.

"Minus zero star" for sure. The absolute worst Website development company out there. Total incompetence, biggest liars, never reveal their faces, as they told us that they dont have cameras on their computers. They use fake english names as a cover. Their first US address was at a Starbucks location in San Francisco and the new one is at a $50 monthly rent virtual location in Emerryville CA.
They are based in Pakistan, a call center and they had no idea how to upload our website on AWS.
we had to constantly work with AWS tech team to assist. Also they will not share their location in Pakistan....hmm. promised a HIPAA compliant website, secure and encrypted, but of course, we got nothing and we got hacked a couple of times due to their lack of competence.
I am not sure that I can express my frustration in few sentences. Professional scammers, always late on zoom calls, unprepared, never ending excuses for why it is not done. The contract promised full refund but of course we got nothing.
Delay after delay, went from 8 weeks delivery to 8 months incomplete delivery with $7000 overcharges for stuff we never got. We were promised refund payments which we never received a penny. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM, STAY AWAY.
