The tracker works really well, but the service is also very good.

When we no longer needed the service; cancellation was very quick and easy.

We had misplaced our keys and needed an urgent key cylinder replacement. They were able to book a slot the next day and confirmed that we needed to pay a £126 deposit.

As it happens we found the keys and contacted them to cancel with little hope that the deposit would be returned.

They did return it.

In short, they're more expensive in general but worth it.

I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews. Any problem/issue with a reservation becomes an impossible situation. In my case, it was a name wrongly entered due to an autofill quirk on the form.

After this, customer service consists purely of 'the computer says no'.

It's a cheaper headline, but ultimately more expensive if you ever have a problem. This will have more than wiped out any savings I've ever made with them.

Just not worth the risk using this organisation.

People and service at Inverness were great. The car was a little disappointing. In the "x vehicle or similar" question, it will almost always be the more disappointing similar option!
