I purchased two electric bikes and they were paid for never received the bikes. When I didn’t receive an email from them telling me that they are sending my purchase out they were nowhere to be found. Next thing I know all the sudden instead of sweet zuley all the sudden they weren’t there anymore no way to contact them so then they show up on my bank account as swablue and they told my bank that they sent them out to me and I received them. I never received anything I called them within four days or so of my purchase. Swablue And sweet Zuley I guess with the same company and all they do is rip you off take your money and then your credit card won’t give you your money back either and their agreement is that they will check into it and give you your money back. It’s funny how the first two times talking to my bank they couldn’t get a hold of these people because there’s no way to get a hold of them just like me and all of a sudden lo and behold they get a hold of them and they lied to the bank so who’s out the money me. What a shame Wells Fargo is not the bank for you .

Avoid cannot get in touch with them! This is a scam

Wish I had read the reviews also before my purchase on Instagram. Couldn’t find the add it has been removed. Cant even get a reply to my emails so I’ve lodged a complaint/enquiry with PayPal.
I would definitely rate them zero. Don’t buy from them

DONT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AT THIS POINT THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLE MONEY , WITHOUT SENDING THE MERCH OUT . THEY TRY TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOU GOT YOUR MERCH BY MAKING YOU SEND PICTURES, MAKING YOU OPEN THE STUFF THEY KNOW THEY DIDN'T SEND .Now it's Jul 8th I have been waiting for 3 MONTHS NOW , and all they kept saying is " they team still didnt get back to them ," oh they still waiting" . So now I am going to dispute this with my bank apperantly this is the only way I'm going to get all my money back ..F**** this fake a** website I will NEVER waste my time nor money ordering from SWABLUE scamming asses . S*** deserves No STARS but it wont let me do NO STARS , of u want Your money took without getting your stuff ORDER FROM SWABLUE they big scamming .

This company is disgusting! I ordered an item and a year later after contacting them monthly being assured my order was on its way, finally after a year “yes a year” a new order had been sent and that was three months ago AND STILL NO DELIVERY! Happy to take your money and not deliver your goods.
What ever you do order nothing from this company.

WARNING!! This company is miserable to deal with. Customer service seems to be non-existent. I ordered three sink drain plugs. I measured my sink drain before ordering. They didn't fit, so I asked to return for a refund. I keep getting the run around. They say they want to help....but it goes nowhere.
BIG lesson learned.....read reviews BEFORE purchasing.

The dress also doesn’t look anything like in the picture! there was an item missing and every article of clothing that I did receive was of the poorest quality imaginable. I thought this was an American-based company. The clothes looked like they came from a shady street dealer in a third-world country. The clothing looked nothing like the pictures and was thin, flimsy, terrible material. I wanted to return it, I was looking for the company's help to return this HORRIBLE DRESS THAN I DID RESEARCH ABOUT this company and able to get their HELP which is Eight fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ seven two four five THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT AND THEY FINALLY PROVIDE ME A RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN MAKE A RETURN OF THIS CHEAP LOOKING, GARBAGE DRESS BACK TO THE COMPANY This was the first time I have ever purchased online from this COMPANY Lesson learned. I bought a Premium Snap-On Dentures Kit. It was delivered from New Jersey in a small envelope. It had a Halloween plastic denture inside! Im complaining with Paypal. I returned the product to the address it mentioned in the envelop. They sell it as swablue, but send it as 3rd party. They said they do't accept return and it was all explained in their website. I didnt buy from their website. Unfortunately I got it from Instagram, the add is gone already. No costumer service. Bad quality product, useless product. Scam company. Don't buy nothing from SWABLUE OR CANADA INC. Such a waste of money and Instagram profits from these dirty business.

Ordered two creams back in may 22 of 2020 and it is going to be a year since i ordered them and i haven't gotten the order or the refund or response from this company.

Very very upset & angry. It's a scam. My money gone down the drain. Sue Instagram for having scammers advertise on their platform and fool people. Money taken off credit card. No communication or tracking on order. Waiting since 2 months in New Zealand?!! Scam beware F#%no# Instagram

In September 2020, I ordered three multi function rotating storage racks. They arrived very late but I understand that covid delayed the shipments. Each rack arrived separately and each one was destroyed in shipping making them unusable. I sent them photos asking, originally for replacements, that never arrived. Then I asked for a full refund. The response I get is they are working on it and it will take 5-10 business days. I’ve had that response more than three times now. It is February in a couple of days and there is no satisfaction.
I will NEVER deal with this company again. It is a waste of money and customer service is lousy.

Received goods after 3 months.
Packaged very badly and broken.
Sent photos etc as requested and since then I get emails saying refund is under review and will know in 7 days x5. Keep away from this COMPANY.

Order didn’t arrive despite the tracking information stating it was delivered. Very unhelpful customer service. They kept referring me back to the courier despite the contract being with them. Avoid them!!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered product 3 months ago and still nothing. I have asked for a refund and I keep being told the matter has been sent to the appropriate department and I will receive an update in 3-5 days....it’s been 3 months.

My purchase was faulty. Wanting replacement or refund. Emailed customer service April 2020 and provided them with what they required. Have had to follow-up numerous times just to receive the same reply email your query has been escalated and that I should receive a replacement and if not available a refund. Still nothing. Very disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
