Been nearly 1 year
No product , no refund!

I ordered a product approx March 2020 and never got it. I have been asking for a refund for many months and still nothing

I have been waiting 8 months and have asked for a refund numerous times and still nothing
They just keep coming up with excuses
It’s obviously a scam and they need to be reported!!!!
