when i reached out to studentsplus for tutoring they assigned me a student. the student thought the bikeride to our house was too long and didnt accept the job in the end. Studentsplus still wanted to charge me the monthly fee eventhough we never received any service. They have now put a bailiff in the middle and i am obliged to take this to an attorney. What type of service is this? charging customers for a service that is not taken. shamefull.

They take your case serious and they help you very fast.
