I bought a Tesla wing mirror in August of 2024 for £81.77. They then forced me to pay £35 postage, and then didn't pay the customs duty so I had to fork out another £30. When the item eventually turned up, it was broken. I asked for a refund, they refused. I disputed it with a Monzo, the merchant refused the refund. Ukrainian crooks, plain and simple.
I bought a couple of parts, they told me that they had been sent but never arrived. Now, there is no reply at the chat.
Sent part to Denmark the day after order was placed. Arrived in good time and good order with regular mail service.
