We worked with Sidra Bhatti on our remortgage which was quite a complex process, however communication with Sidra was fantastic every step of the way !! Her calm manner helped me to remain confident in the process and once all necessary paperwork was submitted Sidra dealt with everything swiftly. I would also mention the whole service and communication with all team members was professional and very pleasant throughout.
Very frustrating money driven agency! We have got in they trap just because our mortgage broker advised to go with them to remortgage our home 3rd time. Initially they were very responsive and kind until you get in their trap, however after you have signed up with them - that's it. A big bold dot. No replies, and even if you get one, no apologise... They make unnecessary delays and request silly documents and prove, that we have not even provided when firts bought our house. We were required to provide important notarized documents last minute! They don't pay attention to any words you tell them or facts! It's either their way or you loose you deposit. They have been provided with everything what they requested 4 months before expiry date and last minute they woke up asking for sci-fi documents which has delayed our mortgage and our current bank has charged us at a cosmic variable rate! Next month we were charged extra by our new bank due to sort legals incompetence! We had to seek for advice and answer questions ourselves! BEWARE they also charge they fees from your new mortgage deal funds which means you will double pay to your bank! Very nasty agency that provided us a lost of headache and we felt this specific remortgage process were more stressful rather than buying our new home...
They deserve no money from us due to the above stress and you better read reviews when looking for someone to support you with remortgage and don't rely on your mortgage advisor...

I've used Sort Legal now twice for a property sale and purchase, and have only ever had a great experience with my solicitors there. Annie went out of her way to ensure that I was updated the whole time and even worked during her PTO to get our completion done. I would recommend them to others looking for conveyancers.

It has taken a number of weeks to get our mortgage finalised, as it moves between different teams. We found information was duplicated and requested again when another advisor took control. I would commend Mahenoor for his good communication and getting it finalised for us.

I had an excellent experience working with Keith Chow on my recent remortgage. From start to finish, Keith was incredibly responsive answering all my questions clearly and professionally, and replying to emails the same day without fail. He made the entire process extremely easy and stress-free.
Completion was achieved on the target date, and I received the residual balance the very next day, which was a pleasant surprise.
Keith’s efficiency and attention to detail were second to none.
This was by far the easiest legal firm I’ve ever dealt with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Remortgaging for the first time. Anna was my case handler and words cannot describe how patient she was with me. Especially when I struggled sending certain documents over due to login issues on my end. I was kept up to date and all of my queries were answered accordingly and efficiently. Thank you

Re-mortgage of my property. During the re-mortgage of my property I found Anna my legal rep to be extremely helpful and efficient. She requested the information I was required to provide in a timely manner and processed it accordingly to ensure that the re-mortgage wasn't delayed and remained on course for completion on the set date.
