I moved into a house and discovered the gas meter was not working. I immediately called EDF and Fiona from Team 13B attended to me. From onset, Fiona listened to my concern without interrupting and was supportive by reassuring me that EDF will sort it out within weeks. We exchange several emails as Fiona was trying to get every detail so that they could swing to action. A week later, Fiona sorted the appointment and informed me that not only the gas meter will be replaced but also the electricity meter because both meters were first generation and needed to be replaced, to ensure future readings are communicated correctly with a clear display.
