Excellent customer service, quick response to correspondence and last but certainly not least, a beautiful quality piece of handmade crafts from Italy. Many thanks and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for handmade ceramics from Italy.

A nice handmade item that was shipped carefully. Communication was also good, they update you at each stage, item being fired, painted, shipped.
With a dedication on the back this could be something you pass on in your family. The only thing I was not completely in love with was the clock hands which are a bit light and flimsy and took a little bit of fiddling with, before putting the clock up, to ensure they did not catch on each other and stop the clock running. It definitely wasn't a deal breaker though. Very happy.

My Olive pattern clock is lovely. Hanging suggestions would have been helpful. Sometimes the time is a bit off & recommendations on how to safely adjust the clock would be appreciated.
I was very grateful to find an online company who sells beautiful Deruta items. And the engraving on the back of my clock was a wonderful & special option.

Beautiful pottery, made by artist once your order is received. Excellent customer service! I received emails each step of the way (cooking, painting, etc.). Well padded and shipped with care. Colors were a tad darker than pictured online, which I was aware may occur.

We ordered a Ricco Deruta lava stone table, simply wonderful, featuring the famous Raffaellesco design. We had the chance to see all the stages of production, including the decoration workshops and the firing kiln. Everyone was courteous and kind. We requested delivery by F.lli Mari, which was punctual and very professional. In addition to the table, we also purchased a beautiful Arabesco dinnerware set. Highly recommended!

I wanted to replace a Deruti pottery clock which I had lost in a fire. I contacted F.lli Mari online, becasue dealers in the USA couldn't helpe.
The response from F.lli Mari was excellent. They showed the exact clock I wanted in their on-line catalog, with excellent photos.
