AWFUL COMPANY

AWFUL COMPANY! They debited money off my account and reservation was pending for over 2 days! Didn't have the courtesy to call/email to let me know it had failed. Despite suggesting they will do a full refund, I am still chasing for it. Being told it will be processed every single time but still hasn't. Advisors hanging up calls when they realise am chasing for refund updates.
STEER CLEAR OF TRAVEL UP!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Put on hold for over an hour and when I got through, I was passed from department to another with no solution at all. They still taking money from a cancelled direct debit despite reassuring me they've taken care of it. A fraud took place on my account and they were telling me I needed to make the payment. Promised to call me once investigation is over, never did.
Their network is poor too.
