I've been using Selwix almost every morning before work—it’s become a small but satisfying habit. What I like most is that there’s no pressure to deposit money or commit to anything. Selwix Support Is Completely Incompetent!

Dear Sir,

I previously had $400.00 in the Starter Pro Max Plan, $400.00 in Start Pro Plan. These plans will expire on June 17th, 2025. I had another $419.00 and $115.00 in Starter Pro 14 Days Plan and both expired on April 24th, 2025. I deposited another $3,501.00 for Pro Max Ultra Plan but, the Selwix System mistakenly diverted it to Pro Max Plan, which Selix Crypto confirmed that it was a system error. This $3,501.00 will expire on May 07th, 2025. Another $300.00 (BTC) on the 304 Days Plan (expires on May 2026).

However, Selwix Crypto asked me to deposit another $3,500.00 which I DISAGREED! Selwix Crypto then DISABLED all my withdrawals! After a week, Selwix Crypto locked me out of Selwix Crypto Account back office. Here is what Selwix sent me and my response;

"Your data has been forwarded to the technical support team at Selwix for a thorough review and analysis of your account activity. During the analysis, we discovered a technical error that caused the auto-reinvestment function to be activated on an incorrect deposit plan when creating your deposit. We deeply regret the situation and assure you that this error has been fully corrected to prevent similar issues in the future”.

"Unfortunately, once staking is activated, it is not possible to return the funds before the deposit term ends or change the selected deposit plan. However, since the issue was not caused by your actions but was due to a system error, Selwix is ready to offer a solution that will allow you to continue investing without additional losses. As a result of the above, the Selwix team will cover all expenses for closing your current deposit plans and will compensate for the inconvenience caused by this incident". We propose the following steps:

• Create a new deposit of $3500.
• All your current deposits will be closed, and a new deposit of $10,000 will be opened under the Pro Max Ultra plan.
• On the new deposit, you will receive accruals to your balance according to the terms of the Pro Max Ultra plan.

At the end of this deposit plan's term, $7000 will be returned to your balance, and $3000 from the bonus funds will be deducted in accordance with the company's rules. We understand how important each moment is in the investment process and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We value your trust and appreciate your patience. The Selwix team is always ready to offer our clients the best terms for long-term and successful cooperation”.

However, I replied and said that I was not able to deposit another $3,500 as I have used up all my money and I do not have any money left. I did not received any response from this message. However, the company added a $3,000 as bonus to my account without any explanation by email or by telegram from SELWIX, as to why this huge bonus was added as a “BONUS”. I was really surprise! The Support Staff or the company SELWIX didn`t explain the reason, why this bonus was added to my account. I tried to do a withdrawal at that time, when I had a $62.00 balance. I tried couple of times and I noticed that the withdrawal is Disabled. I kept on trying multiple times and I was unsuccessful!

I posted a review on Trustpilot. A Support staff responded and claimed that Selwix was legit company and advised me to contact their support through email and telegram which I did multiple times and I have not received any response Selwix Crypto.

I am completely sadden to noticed that I have now been denied access to SELWIX Crypto Account backoffice. It seems now that I have lost a total of $5,135.00 of my own money without their profits.

I had reported that SELWIX took my funds and deposited them into another staking plan without my consent. Over the past few days the support people that read and respond to Trustpilot reviews, pretended to act as if they were concerned with my problem. What they have done is locked me out of my account, no explanation why. After chatting online with others who has used SELWIX several people has complained about the same problem. When you are to withdraw large amounts they don't pay you. It's just a matter of time before they start to target small deposit customers also.

I watching the reviews and if Selwix was scamers they will not respond to the users when they post bad post about it they will just ain't say nothing I was with enough scam projects to know I have funds inside if they don't pay and I get what they getting ill try and see if they can help the platform is complicated to use and trust me it have lots of mistakes you can make and you don't even know ill wait and see if I get my pay outs if I do everytime I get a big payout ill come here to tank them

OK so I reached out to Selwix support once again as requested to see if they are truly willing to fix these issues. If so, I will be just as vocal on the positive side. Trying to get things resolved instead of simply beating each other up.

5 days, no response at all.

At first i invested about $150 into their starter plan, everything was good. Then I invested $3600 into their 11% daily plan, which should have paid out 11% daily for 16 working days. This was on a Friday so no pay outs over the weekend. Come Monday I noticed that my plan switched to the 150% after 15 working days. I was a little confused but thought that maybe I accidentally went with the wrong one.

Fast forward 15 working days. I thought I could go in and withdraw my money. Nope, these crooks automatically reinvested my money into a 1 year plan.

Don't get me wrong, originally I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was a glitch in their system.

I reached out to their telegram support and they were very apologetic but told me I had to email support. I sent an email to support with screenshots and all my account info. A couple days later I tried a follow-up. Waited about a week and didn't hear anything back.

Then I reached out Telegram support again and they said they would forward my information to the support team. A couple days later I tried following up again. Since then neither their email support, telegram, X, or Facebook will respond to me.

It's really too bad because I see lots of people and personally know a few people who do smaller deposits and collect payouts, heck even my small one was good. But as soon as I went a little bigger they ripped me off.

And now going over all these trust pilot reviews I can see that most of them are fake. For real, if you're going to do fake reviews at least make sure they are different from one another.

i deposited yesterday and it was fine than suddenly my deposit changed from height pro max 2200% to pro starter 1%

They blocked my account as soon as I tried to withdraw my money for the first time after 5 month's investing. I wrote to the support team and got answer 3 days later. At first they said, that everything is OK, then that I used many accounts, which is not true. If somebody needs it, I have all screenshots of our discussion.
