Billy was recommended to me by a couple of friends. When I initially approached him about renewing my mortgage, he discovered I was too early, but still took the time to explain my options and made a date to call me back.
When the time was right, Billy called me as promised. He outlined any deals that suited my circumstances, listening to what was important for me and my finances. He was knowledgeable and experienced and the renewal process was painless.
I would not hesitate to use Billy’s services again and he was also able to recommend someone for other financial services.
Money matters are a concern as a single income household and under Billy’s guidance I felt safe in my decision making.

Easy process everything explained friendly

We have been lucky enough to have amazing support from Billy at Rodericks Mortgage Services. After help us get our first home a few years prior, he contacted me regarding my mortgage renewal. Extremely helpful as I’d forgotten about it!
We went through different options trying to find the best reliable prices. And as per Billy’s advice, we have made some great savings on our monthly payments!!! Would recommend to anyone :)

Billy is first class . He’s very thorough in explaining the mortgage process , if there’s anything we were unsure about he explained it in a way for us to understand. We chose Rodericks Mortgage Services Ltd to deal with our house purchase due to word of mouth positive experiences. From the offset, Billy was friendly in his approach, clearly very knowledgable on lender suitability and the legal aspect, and was able to find us a really good deal which we were lucky enough to have accepted. The solicitor Billy recommended was also really helpful and dealt with the legal side in good timing. Billy remained in contact with us where required throughout the process and was always quick to respond to queries.
